Top-up Policy (Supplemental Funding)

Results are calculated based on FMHS minimum funding requirments and top-up policy in recognition of scholarship awards:

• Awards < Living Allowance:
  Student receives minimum living allowance + tuition/ancillary fees/insurance + 10% of the award.
• Awards ≥ Living Allowance and <$40,000:
  Student receives full award + tuition/ancillary fees/insurance + 10% of the award. OOP and INTL differentials continue to apply.
• Awards ≥ $40,000 and <$50,000:
  Student receives full award + tuition/ancillary fees/insurance. Additional top-up at supervisor’s discretion. OOP and INTL differentials continue to apply.
• Awards ≥ $50,000:
  Student receives full award + differential tuition fees if international (usually covered by GPS).
